Sworn

Sworn translations are a term which refers to the translations of documents used for official purposes. These need to be certified by a sworn translator. Considering their specific nature, sworn (certified) translations are conducted in accordance with specific rules regulated by the Regulation of the Minister of Justice. The translator attests conformability of the translation with the original documents in the source language with the translator’s official seal and signature.
